About Bethsaida School of Theology
Bethsaida School of Theology (BST) is a ministry of Bethsaida International Churches. We are registered under Florida Department of education commission for independent education with approval of board of theological schools. Our porpoise is to equip a Christian for ministry and to achieve the Great Commission by reaching the world and making a disciple for Christ.
Mission and Vision Statement of BST
The mission and vision of BST is to effectively educate and train men and women who are called to serve the church Christ and to fulfill the Great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. We offer in-depth biblical knowledge through live classes and distance education.
Our Beliefs
- The bible: The 66 books of the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God.
- The Trinity: There is one God, eternally co-existent in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
- In the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ: in His Virgin Birth, in His Sinless Life, in His Miracles, in His Vicarious and atoning Death, in His Bodily Resurrection, in His Ascension to the Right Hand of the Father, in His personal future return to this Earth in Power and Glory to rule a thousand years.
- The Blessed Hope: the Rapture of the Church at Christ’s Coming.
- Repentance: The only means of being cleansed from sin is through Repentance and Faith in the Precious Blood of Christ.
- Regeneration: Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal Salvation.
- Redemption: The Redemptive Work of Christ on the Cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer.
- Baptism of Holy Ghost: The full consummation of the Baptism of believers in the Holy Ghost is evidenced by the initial physical sign of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance and by the subsequent manifestation of spiritual power in public testimony and service. (Acts. 1:8; 2:4, 42- 43; Act. 10:44-46).
- Sanctification: In the Sanctifying Power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life.
- Salvation: The Evidence of Salvation is the inward evidence to the believer of his salvation is the direct witness of the spirit. (Rom, 8; 16). The outward evidence to all men is a life of righteousness and true holiness. (Rom. 6:22).
- Believers Death: at physical death the believer enters immediately into eternal, conscious fellowship with the Lord and awaits the resurrection of his body to everlasting glory and blessing.
- Non-Believers Death: at physical death the unbeliever enters immediately into eternal, conscious separation from the Lord and awaits the resurrection of his body to everlasting judgment and condemnation.
